We have pre-booked rooms at a few different hotels in Uppsala. The blocked rooms are not available through other booking channels, only by the options stated with each hotel presentation below.
Room reservation is made on a first come – first served basis. Rooms and these rates are available up until April 19, 2019 (or until the blocked rooms are fully booked, if this happens before April 19.

CityStay
Hotel CityStay Uppsala, is a comfortable and affordable hotel/hostel in the classical district of Uppsala, just at short walk from Uppsala Castle and the cathedral. Walking distance to the conference venue is about 5 minutes. Reception open for check-in 15.00-22.00.
Conference rate Single Economy SEK 1,045, including taxes and breakfast. Single Standard SEK 1,095, including taxes and breakfast. Two bed Economy SEK 1,150, including taxes and breakfast. The hotel has budget rooms available. Please ask the hotel if you wish to know the options.

Akademihotellet is a smaller hotel located in the picturesque surroundings of the historical quarters of the city. Walking distance only about 2 minutes to the conference venue. Reception is open 07:30 – 22:00.
